Private commissions

A work for a particular space

A commission begins with a brief: the setting, the scale and the atmosphere you want. Jonathan Amann selects the material and develops the composition, and the scope, material and price are approved before any making begins.

Discuss a commissionFor designers

  • For your own space

Describe the room, the surface and the light you want. The studio proposes material and composition, and agrees every stage with you before making begins.

  • For a client project

Designers and decorators bring the setting and the design intent. The studio works through you, with specifications you can hand to your client.
